Bookkeeping
Simply put, if you need to put all those numbers into software to create financial information we can do it.
Bookkeeping is mainly data entry into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization. Clearing accounts, bank reconciliations and basic reporting can be considered bookkeeping in most situations as well.
This can take a significant amount of time and is billed as a flat monthly fee.
If you don’t have accounting software currently or feel you need a change, we can assist with choosing the best one for your situation. And if needed assistance in a transition to new software that better fits the needs of your company.

Accounting support is assisting with complex calculations, infrequent or unique entries, or simply helping fix an issue beyond the bookkeeper’s skillset.
Accounting Support is billed at an hourly rate. Remote assistance is the first step in most cases to keep costs down.
On-site support is also available for additional fees.
